Hi Jennifer, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
I grew up in South Florida, where I juggled full-time undergraduate studies with a full-time job at a real estate law firm specializing in title and escrow services. During this period, I encountered numerous foreclosures and short sales, where I assisted homeowners in navigating their options, whether it was avoiding foreclosure through loan modifications or facilitating short sales of their properties. It was a challenging yet eye-opening experience, diving headfirst into the real estate industry during a tumultuous time for many.
Eventually, I purchased a condo in South Beach and pursued my Florida real estate license, eager to deepen my involvement in the field. I thoroughly enjoyed helping people. After the birth of my first child, Olivia, my family relocated to Southern California. Settling into our new home, I embarked on studying for my California real estate license, fueled by a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their dream of homeownership. My goal was to replicate the path I had carved in South Florida and extend it to the vibrant community of Los Angeles and now Orange County. We have created a wonderful community that we consider family.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been easy! As a mother of three, there are days when I have to bring my kids with me to work. However, I cherish the flexibility that allows me to do so. I believe it’s invaluable for them to witness firsthand how to adapt when things don’t go as planned and still accomplish what needs to be done. It’s a great learning experience for them to see resilience in action.

I specialize in residential real estate and hold active licenses in both Florida and California. While California is my primary focus due to residing here, in Florida, I operate on a referral basis only. Regardless of location, all my clients receive white-glove service and are treated with the utmost care.
My expertise spans various areas, including assisting first-time homebuyers, handling investments, facilitating 1031 exchanges, managing international and national relocations, representing sellers, handling trust sales, and more. However, what truly fills me with pride is the transformation of clients into friends. Over time, they invite me to share in their family functions, graduations, sports games, and dinners. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness these connections develop as we navigate through their buying or selling journey together.
My passion for real estate stems from my upbringing by a single mother who demonstrated resilience and determination every day. Her example instilled in me the drive to provide exceptional service and forge lasting relationships with my clients, who often feel like extended family.
What matters most to you?
Family is at the core of my motivation. My “why” in life, particularly in my career in real estate, is my family. When I entered the real estate industry, my primary goal was to retire my mother. I witnessed her unwavering dedication as she worked tirelessly to provide for my sister and me, ensuring that we never felt the weight of any financial struggles. We had a roof over our heads, and our bellies were full. Now, as I have my own family, my purpose has expanded to include providing them with a sense of security and stability.
For me, time is invaluable. Whether we’re out exploring new places or gathered around a table tackling a challenging puzzle, I recognize that my time is the most precious gift I can offer to my family. Every moment spent together strengthens our bond and creates lasting memories that we cherish dearly. It’s through these shared experiences that I find fulfillment and purpose, knowing that I’m investing in the well-being and happiness of those I hold dear.
