Growing up in Los Angeles on the vibrant Westside was an experience that shaped who I am today. My father, an entrepreneur himself, instilled in me a valuable lesson: true success stems from doing what you love. He encouraged my siblings and me to seek out our passions, just as he had done. Over the past 43 years, I’ve closely observed, absorbed, and internalized his wisdom. From a young age, I’ve enjoyed the idea of work, and even when I chose to stay at home after having two children, it became evident that my true fulfillment lay in building community, helping others, and facilitating transactions. Each job and every experience along the way has played a role in shaping my journey, leading me to the place of contentment I find myself in today.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One of my biggest challenges has been reconciling the idea of returning to work while embracing my roles as a mother and marketer and building my brand. It’s been a journey marked by self-doubt, particularly in blocking out the naysayers and staying true to my ideas. However, through perseverance and self-reflection, I’ve come to recognize the value that being a mother brings to my work as a marketer. Despite the doubts and external pressures, I’ve remained steadfast in my commitment to authenticity and resilience, knowing that staying true to myself is key to success.

Muselli Commercial Realtors, a Santa Monica-based commercial real estate firm, has proudly led real estate transactions for 45 years. With my husband, Evan Pozarny, working alongside Vince Muselli for 25 years, and my recent addition to the team, we bring a blend of experience and fresh perspective. What sets us apart is our local, neighborhood-focused approach. Despite not being industry giants, we’ve completed thousands of high-profile transactions, managing vast square footage and serving LA’s wealthiest landlords. Our brand’s strength lies in our ability to provide personalized service, making each client feel like our only priority. Upon joining the firm in 2021, I harbored a vision to diversify our services by incorporating a residential arm into our business. Drawing from my hobbies, interests, and social networks, I believed I could effectively generate residential clients. What’s intriguing is my genuine enjoyment of both commercial and residential real estate. However, I ultimately realized that my passion lies in simply helping people find what they need. As a natural connector, I aspire to be a valuable resource for clients, whether they seek a new home, wish to downsize, plan to sell, or require assistance with commercial endeavors like opening a business or expanding office space. Additionally, I’m equipped to facilitate unique requests, such as leasing a home in Malibu for the summer. Whatever the need, I’m just a phone call away, ready to provide comprehensive assistance.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Through introspection, I’ve learned to prioritize my happiness by staying true to myself. People enjoy collaborating with me because I possess a unique blend of qualities: professionalism, persistence, empathy, and trustworthiness. I have a knack for understanding people’s needs and am adept at delivering results. It’s this combination of traits that fosters strong relationships and ensures satisfaction among clients and colleagues alike.
