Hi Taghi, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers. 
So, I’m a fashion and portrait photographer. My other passions are sports and fitness. 

I’m a 50-year-old man, spent twenty years in NY (I grew up in Paris), have been a commercial photographer since age 25. 

I picked up sports when I was 14 and always had incredible discipline in that field. 

Being passionate about sports and fitness has been a blessing, because of the incredible benefits it has given me, now in this second half of my life. 

And I’m trying to help others of all ages to gain this kind of discipline. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The Stable LA. We have two gyms. We are tackling the deeply human, challenging issue of changing habits. When it comes to the Stable. The better habits we are trying to help our clients create revolve around fitness and nutrition, but the principles are the same for any area where we are trying to go beyond our brains’ reticence to change, and the unknown. 

The way the challenge manifests itself at our gym is people not being able to stick to their goals, and quitting. 

Goals for our squad typically include weight loss, overall better shape, and a more active lifestyle. 

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
At The Stable LA, we redefine fitness with personalized small-group sessions, ensuring members never journey alone. Guided workouts correct form and follow thoughtful plans, fostering an invigorating atmosphere driven by collective energy. Our no-gimmick weightlifting program focuses on lean muscle, strength, metabolism, and bone health. The boxing program offers mental and physical benefits, sculpting a toned physique. 

Maintaining constant communication, we support members in staying active, disciplined, and nutritionally aligned. We know all too well that if you aren’t a fitness enthusiast, you most likely have trouble staying committed to a very healthy lifestyle. So, we focus hard on the common root issue, habits, and improving them.
