Hi Ngoc, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
In 2014, my journey in the beauty industry began, initially focusing on makeup until 2016. While being a stay-at-home mom after having my first baby, I developed a passion for makeup, gaining recognition and receiving PR packages from renowned brands like Kyliecosmetics, Becca, and Morphe. Transitioning to a more stable path in 2017, I took my first eyelash extension course and quickly gained momentum, booking numerous clients daily.
My fascination with the lash industry grew, leading me to complete seven lash courses, three styling courses, a retention course, and two marketing courses. Despite not attending college, I believe in the power of education and even completed esthetician school. In 2019, I launched my lash brand, LVSH ARTISTRY, starting with tweezers that became a hit. As demand increased, I expanded my product line, eventually leasing an office space in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The business flourished, prompting me to relocate to a larger space strategically located near Valley Fair Mall and Santana Row. My store serves as a one-stop-shop for clients & artists, offering products, training, and various beauty services. Additionally, I ventured into brow laminations, teaching, and selling related products on my lash website. Over the past two years, I’ve built a significant presence on TikTok, reaching 100k followers and collaborating with brands like TEMU. Constantly striving to build an empire for my three kids, this is my journey in the beauty industry. My next goal is to earn passive income & enter the digital marketing world.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My journey from 2014 to 2019 faced significant challenges, primarily due to a toxic relationship, which consumed much of my energy. Coping with the loss of my brother in 2015 also took a considerable mental toll. Organizational struggles stemmed from what feels like undiagnosed ADHD, as my mind juggled numerous tasks simultaneously. Despite difficulties, I excelled in managing business finances. Now, in a healthy relationship with my fiancé, his support and organizational assistance have played a pivotal role in the substantial growth of my business in recent years.

As a lash and brow artist, I specialize in Mega Volume lashes and crafting stunning brows. What distinguishes my lash line is the luxurious quality it offers at an affordable price. Adding a touch of quirkiness, I’ve given my products playful names, such as “After Dark” and “Teddy Bare” for adhesives, “Bondage” for lash bonder, and “Just the Tip” for tweezer cleaner. This theme extends to my website, where I showcase my hands-on involvement in designing both packaging and products. My commitment to the creative process ensures that each item reflects my heart and soul.

Authenticity and originality are my top priorities. Setting oneself apart from others involves bringing something new to the table, something we haven’t seen before.
