Thanks for sharing your story with us Jeff. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Full Force Productions was founded by Neil Porter and Jeff Hall. Neil Porter is the head of the production force while Jeff Hall is the principle behind the creative force.
Over the past 2.5 decades, The FULL FORCE team has conceptualized and executed award-winning TV shows, special events, trade shows, concert tours, premieres and permanent installations worldwide. The FULL FORCE team possesses both applied experience and theoretical understanding to execute and enhance any project’s needs, providing a full-service experience for the client.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The business has changed over the years, so adaptability has been the key to longevity. The difficulty is a balance between home life and road life. The challenge is time and how best to manage a project in today’s ever-growing rise in social media.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
As a principle in Full Force Productions, we have had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the biggest and most creative artists in the game. One particular experience edges to the front as a designer with Full Force Productions- it happened to be the collaboration with Will.I.am and his European tour. Neil toured and managed the Black-Eyed Peas for years and set a meeting to discuss the upcoming solo tour and to introduce our Team to take on the design. The next couple of days turned out to be a masters course in creativity. Will had ideas. He is an incredible artist and a true visionary, so when we started the design exploration, it was a similar process to a jazz composition. All ideas were thrown out into the universe and some would get traction, but one, in particular, kept returning to our visual avalanche, it was the artist James Turrell. The artist had massive light studio installations that became intriguing. How could we create a concert without showing a moving light. or exposing an instrument? No lasers? No truss with light? I was in-all in. The tour was a success and the reason was the collaboration and exploration of a single idea. so simple. so creative and so rewarding.
