

Today we’d like to introduce you to Robert Kehiayan.
Robert Kehiayan, CPM, has over 35 years of diverse real estate experience, including asset management, investment brokerage, and property management. He has managed, leased, and brokered $2 billion worth of commercial and investment property including all types and classes of office buildings, medical offices, industrial and flex property, and all classes of retail property. Robert’s experience includes executive level property management and development, with his specialty being value-added projects.
Robert holds a degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University. He has earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and is also a California Real Estate Broker and Realtor. He is an award-winning published author and served several terms as an officer of the Executive Council for the Orange County IREM Chapter. He has received numerous industry awards and is an educator having personally trained property managers and commercial brokers, as well as being an instructor at Saddleback College.
Additionally, he is qualified as an Expert Witness for the Orange County Superior Court, and has acted as a consultant for Chinese government officials.

I am proud to have achieved the status of Expert Witness in my profession. As an expert witness, I provide courtroom expert witness testimony, forensic analysis, and litigation support for a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate matters nationwide. Areas of Expertise include: Retail, Office, Industrial, Apartment Properties, Single Family Homes, Storage Facilities, Property Management, Asset Management, Leasing Representation for both Landlords and Tenants, Investment Property Analysis, Due Diligence and Acquisition for Seller and Buyer Representation, Guidance through 1031 Exchange Process, Homeowner Associations.
Also proud to have been sanctioned as a California Bureau or Real Estate (CalBRE) instructor for an advanced consumer protection continuing education course for real estate broker license renewals.
