Heidi, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
It started 12 years ago, I found myself discontent with my 9 to 5 job working for a manufacturer selling products and traveling and selling more products that I didn’t feel people needed. I was not making a difference in people’s lives. Being a spiritual person and believing in higher power one day during my meditation I started questioning myself what can I do that can bring smiles on peoples face and make a difference in their day and at the same time being able to support myself? I was looking to do something that would be gratifying to my soul at the end of the work day! After few weeks of meditation and soul searching, one day when I was getting my facial and laying on the facial bed in a room with dim lighting, beautiful aroma and soothing music in the back ground, I heard a voice inside me saying that’s what I should do and that is when my “magical” journey began… I took a leap of faith quit my secure job without any calculated plans, enrolled in Beauty school in Newport Beach, CA got my certificate and immediately was hired in a plastic surgeon’s office and then a dermatologist office and after few months worked for few corporate day spas in Orange County. After few years working in the skin care industry (which I had no idea I would grow to love and have so much passion for), I got the strong desire to start my own business that way I had the freedom to do what I love but not be told to sell services and products based on sales goals. I wanted to be able to educate clients as to what’s best for them and cater treatment to their specific skin needs, not to be pushed to sell and upgrade to make sales goals…. As always, I listened to my inner voice and trusted and rented a room in a wellness center without any client base. As nervous and scared as I was, I just knew that everything would workout. After few weeks I started getting referrals and somehow people found me. From then I knew this is my calling in life. Clients loved their skin transformation and looked forward to coming to see me. They would walk in tired and stressed from a work day and after their treatment they looked so different more relaxed and had a smile on their face …wow! I felt great and that motivated me to keep up with my skin care education and learn more about the newest skincare technology. I signed up for educational seminars and invested in high-end equipment. My passion and love for skin care and being able to transform clients skin and inspiring them to look and feel good keeps me high on life :)) I would have never imagined I could be so content and truly happy coming to work everyday and looking forward to the next day because I never know how my day will unfold and how my skills, mixed with kindness and compassion can touch and make a difference in someone’s day. That is an awesome feeling and a wonderful place to be in life. I have finally created a beautiful, private, and peaceful place of my own that is dedicated to my clients. From the minute they walk in my day spa it is only about them. They feel the genuine, sincere, caring energy because everyone is very special to me. When I look back on my life how sad and discontent I was at my job 12 years ago and how far I have come and how I have accomplished so much without any financial backup or support from anyone I feel blessed. All this from trusting the higher power and keeping my faith with daily meditation practice, this has saved me and brought prosperity beyond my wildest imagination in every way. I have found happiness, good health and building a beautiful relationship with people. Life is magical when you trust and do good for people.
Has it been a smooth road?
For the most part, yes it has been a pretty smooth and amazing road. The only time that I remember got a little challenging is when I wanted to move and find the bigger place my (current location) I almost gave up due to overpriced properties in Orange county, and the high cost of materials. Thanks to my meditation” guru” who encouraged me to practice the visualization technique and positive affirmation to manifest my wish and to my amazement I found the beautiful affordable place in great location within only 4 months of looking….

I also have a licensed acupuncturist/nutritionist and offer full body massage services. I specialize in antiaging facial treatments, eyebrow shaping, and body wax and detox wraps. What are your plans for the future? What are you looking forward to or planning for – any big changes?
I am in a process of introducing my own private label skin care products…. I want to bring a product line that is a mixture of high quality ingredients (which is great food for the skin) combined with technology that allows your body to repair itself at very affordable prices…
