On a mission to give women the freedom of expression, OYA-IDIL (mother/ daughter) are two of the brightest talents in the jewelry industry. This passionate dream team has pooled their years of expertise to create beautiful quality jewelry that is meticulously crafted to the highest standards. The vision was to develop a collection that would fill a void and inspire women to embrace their individualism through a visual form of self-expression, reinvention, and storytelling. They want women to be wearing a beautiful pieces of jewelry made exclusively for them, to feel special, successful, and confident.
The united vision of OYA-IDIL, a covetable collection of “classic meets statement” pieces. It is also to create versatile, delicate designs to layer or accent in endless combinations, making every item is as unique and powerful as the woman who wears it.
Echoes of antique civilizations and their master are woven into the DNA of OYA-IDIL. They love to create cascading waterfalls of sparkling stones encased in 24K Gold vermeil with luminescent movements reflecting the depths of dreamy colors. Exuberant hues of Corals, Turquoises, Tourmalines, Amethyst, Lapis, Carnelian – their color palette goes from cooler shades to darker, deeper warmth. It’s an unexpected love story that lifts spirits up.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
OYA-IDIL products have a core component of pieces that are multi-functional and can change your look in an instant. There is a peripheral component of excellent customer service to provide an impressive and convenient shopping experience. It wasn’t always a smooth road however. Some of the struggles we faced were when we first catered to our Oregonians who like to wear silver. We had a hard time convincing them that the 24K gold look is richer and better.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We specialize in rare gems and bringing together colors. The rarity of each stone are hidden whispers and reminds women that each is as unique as the wearer. We are set apart from others in that we customize and contrast our looks. You can wear our large over-stud earrings with a necklace that has cascading waterfalls of gems.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
The Secret by Rhonda Byrne was a great motivation for us! It taught us to manifest our dream and turn it into reality. Our passion makes our work come alive, and we are so grateful. It was a dream to build a family legacy to pass the craft on to generations to come.
