Pranysqa is a young and talented eight-year-old singer who has captured the hearts of audiences across the US and Canada with her incredible voice. She has been performing professionally for the last three years, singing the National Anthem for major sporting teams in the NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, NCAA, USL, and CFL, such as the LA Lakers, Florida Panthers, Miami Heat, Miami Marlins, Inter Miami CF, Washington Wizards, Ticats – Canadian Football League, and Boston Redsox. Last Month, in April, She also performed the National Anthem for Team USA in the Billie Jean King Tennis World Cup in Delray Beach, Miami.
Pranysqa’s performances have gained widespread attention, and she has gone viral on social media platforms. She has been interviewed by major TV news networks, including FOX and Friends, Good Morning America, ABC, CBS, and NBC, as well as several Canadian channels, such as CBC Toronto, Global News Toronto, and ChCh News. Her Canadian rendition of the National Anthem has been particularly well-received, and she was even invited to sing it at a Canadian Parliament meeting.
Pranysqa has already achieved many impressive milestones in her young career. She has performed in several Broadway musicals with New York production houses and has even graced the World Stage of Apollo Theatre in New York as a child star winner.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, Pranysqa’s journey has been a roller coaster ride. Last year, my family the decision to move from Toronto, Canada, to the Tampa, United States in search of better opportunities for me. We sold our house, and my Dad had to find a new job in the US while my mom had to give up my her 16-year career. It was a challenging process, both physically and financially for us. Additionally, leaving behind my grandparents and aunt was emotionally difficult as well. However, we believed that the United States offered more recognition and opportunities for me to pursue my dreams. So, despite the struggles and sacrifices, we embarked on this journey with hope and determination to provide me with the best possibilities available.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am thrilled to share more about my achievements and passion for singing at such a young age! At just eight years old, I am currently an honors student in Grade 3 at the Florida Virtual School. My exceptional talent lies in your ability to sing in a high pitch and belt-out songs. What sets me apart is that the Major media across the United States and Canada (GMA/Fox and Friends/ CBS/NBC/ABC/Global News Canada/ CBC Kids Canada etc.) have recognized me as a child prodigy with a voice that is developed and capable of belting beyond my years.
I take immense pride in my supportive parents and teachers who are always there to help me achieve my dreams. Their Sacrifice, guidance and encouragement have played a crucial role in my ongoing success. My hard work and dedication toward music are evident, as I have been singing since the age of two. By the age of six, I started gaining media attention in both countries and now, at eight years old, I have had the incredible opportunity to perform at major sporting events with several teams such as the NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL, CFL, USHL, NCAA, USL and the US Tennis Billie Jean World Cup.
My passion, talent, and commitment to music at such a young age are truly remarkable. I will keep nurturing my skills and following my dreams. With my dedication and the support of my loved ones, I think I will make a mark in the world of music.
Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my most cherished childhood memories occurred when I was just three years old. It was my third birthday, and my family took me to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. We attended the mesmerizing Lion King show, and to my delight, they asked for volunteers from the audience. Without hesitation, I eagerly raised my hand and was chosen to join the performers on stage. In front of a large audience, I spontaneously danced and interacted with the cast. It was in that moment that I truly felt the exhilaration of being on stage and performing.
