Meet Robert Hsieh and Hae Ja Park of Patrick Label in McArthur Park

Today we’d like to introduce you to Robert Hsieh and Hae Ja Park.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Robert and Hae Ja. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Established in 1982. Patrick Label Printing was founded in 1982 by Jong Soon Park. We have been helping businesses distinguish their products through distinctive and informative labels. Through consistent service and fast turnaround time, Patrick Label has established a reputation as a dependable label converter in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area.

Patrick Label provides a variety of services, from the digital label printing short run, Flexographic Printing, Perforation, Fanfold, Pinfeed, Custom color matches, Special die shapes, GHS labels, and much more! We offer services in English, Spanish, Korean, & in Chinese. Call us or send us an email and we would gladly quote your label needs with the label size, number of colors, quantity, and material.

Patrick Label provides service on the basis that good customer service means everything. We offer fast service, good pricing, & supreme quality.

We are most proud of our customer service and understanding the needs of the customer; we go out of our way to assist the customer to best showcase their products/service in the best possible light.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
As with every startup, there are many ups and downs but with an immigrant can-do attitude, nothing could hold us back from success.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I define success by seeing the reaction of the customer’s face when I present the finished product. In the process of compiling the specifications of the job, the definitions of success are clearly defined. As the informational face of the product, the label conveys the value and ideals of the producers. Details such as the colors, images, information and the choice of font types clearly portray the manufacturer’s position. Once the technical specification has been finalized, production of the label can begin. Once finished and the labels have been inspected for defects, the customer comes to pick up their labels. The positive reaction of the customer upon seeing the finished labels brings me the satisfaction of a job well done.
