Hi Luis and Brandon, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Two childhood friends who always wanted to go into business together. Originally wanting to open a breakfast spot but during the pandemic, we decided to do a pop-up making fried chicken and it just kinda took off from there…

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth ride, lots of trial and error. Lots of long hard days. Trying to keep prices as low as possible with inflation at its all-time high has also been a huge struggle. We continue to try our best and are always looking for ways to improve.

As you know, we’re big fans of Humble Bird. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We specialize in Nashville Hot Chicken. And we’re known for our classic bone-in fried chicken and chicken sandwiches. What sets us apart is preparing food in order and also using fresh and high-quality ingredients. Everything is also made in-house including our sauces. I most proud of what Humble Bird has accomplished in the small amount of time we’ve been open. I want readers to know about our commitment to pushing out high-quality food and our dedication to our customers and brand.

Any big plans?
We plan on expanding to multiple states in the US and also have plans to open up in Mexico like Mexico City.
