I am passionate about teaching pre/post-natal yoga and guiding pregnant couples as they birth their babies!
I have nearly a decade of experience; have been featured on TV CBS news and Dr. Stu’s Podcast as well as blogs and articles.
I am excited about working with you to achieve the most serene birth possible.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has been a very rewarding and joyful experience for me. Challenge is when the couple has hired a doctor that is not in sync with their vision for birth nor has a “mama-friendly” bed side manner. I offer resources and information to help couples make informed decisions about their birth and even ‘break-up’ with their doctor is he/she is not the right fit.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Serenity Birth – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Serenity Birth offers childbirth education, birth doula services, and yoga. I am known as the Dancing Doula and really help couples enjoy their birth as well as feel confident and secure about the process. I am highly intuitive and empathetic and can help the couples feel sure about the choices that they make in labor.
I also take fabulous birth photos when requested.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I LOVE the South Bay Beach Cities! The people are laid back and friendly. I can walk to the beach and meditate in front of the ocean. My least favorite aspect is the lack of parking. Uber is a great solution for that 🙂
