Today we’d like to introduce you to Kathryn Ward.
Kathryn, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Did you know that every human on this Earth has intuitive abilities? Well, a few years ago, I didn’t either. My name’s Kathryn, and I am a psychic medium, reiki healer, and intuitive coach. If you told me 3 years ago that I would have my own intuitive business, I would have laughed out loud. In the world I was brought up, spirituality and intuition did not exist. When COVID started, so did my own self-discovery journey. I had always been interested in tarot and the occult, and I finally found a tarot reader to get one of my first readings. Anna, who eventually became one of my close friends and mentors, gave me my reading and at the end told me that I was very intuitive or psychic. So much so that I would be giving people readings one day.
That’s all it took; I needed someone to believe in me. Little did she know that I had dreamed of being a medium, but I thought that would never happen- mostly because I grew up Catholic where we don’t believe in these things. This jump-started my own journey to grow my intuitive abilities. After a few years of many mentors, workshops, and books, I would say that I have my skills honed in. But, beyond that, I have a deeper understanding of myself. I allow my intuition to guide me through this journey. In a society where we are taught to second guess everyone and everything, I would say trusting yourself is a revolution.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I wouldn’t say that I have experienced ‘struggles’, but I will say the oftentimes I feel blocked and confused about my next steps. Inspiration doesn’t always strike when we want it, or we try to force things that aren’t meant for us. In those situations, I look inward and know that whatever is meant for me will come to fruition.

The Queen of Wards is an intuitive business to help others through their journey of self-discovery. I offer many services from tarot card readings, mediumship readings, reiki healing sessions, and intuitive coaching (over Zoom).
My business is exactly the type of support that I needed during my own journey a few years ago. I hope that all my clients and followers know that they have a community and support whenever they need it through my business. All of my readings and services are designed for the person who wants to shift from victimhood and start to take their lives into their own hands. Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was always very outgoing and active. I was the kid who would make new friends on vacation. I was always putting myself out there; I loved to sing and perform.
