Previously, he authored Opening New Doors®, considered to be the most complete job-search & career-management system ever published. He also wrote & produced School’s Over, Now What?®, a job-search guide for high school and college grads, as well as Returning To Business, a vocational guide for vets returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. His on-line, video training programs include: the It’s Your Career!® series, two tutorials about the realities of the new workplace and how to “take charge of your career”; Preventing Sexual Harassment and Workplace Violence Prevention – all featuring “audio sequenced to fast-moving graphics” for better learning and longer retention.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The major challenge for TTG and other HR consulting firms is the rapid changing of the Workforce. There are so many “push/pulls” from so many different interest groups and worker categories. The needs and behaviors of the older, Traditional Worker are quite different from the Baby Boomers, which in turn are quite different from the Gen Xers, Yers and the Millennials. Companies must deal with all of these different, and often opposing, issues in order to remain productive. And, HR consulting firms are on the front line of this assistance.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about TTG Consultants – what should we know?
