Today we’d like to introduce you to Downtown Huntington Beach’s BLK Earth Sea Spirits.
Please tell us about how you got started in the restaurant business.
In the spring of 2015, a once in a lifetime space became available perched above Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach. Our goal was to create a menu and an ambiance that matched the amazing natural beauty of the Pacific Ocean while giving our guests an upscale dining option in downtown Huntington Beach. Out of this, BLK Earth Sea Spirits was born.
Has it been a smooth road to get to where you are today?
Our biggest challenge is providing the personalized, over the top experience to each and every guest that walks through our front door. To us; at BLK, there is nothing more rewarding than turning a first time guest into a regular and the personal relationship that comes with that.
Tell us about what makes BLK Earth Sea Spirits special or unique?
BLK is unique in that we only serve authentic Kobe or certified Kobe-Style beef with the best ocean view in all of Huntington Beach.

Tuna Tower
Our most popular appetizer. The Tuna Tower is a three layered treat of marinated ahi tuna, mango, and fresh avocado served with house made wontons.
Grilled Vegetables over Polenta
A delicious dish consisting of grilled pepper, mushroom, onion, zucchini, and asparagus served over soft polenta.

Park directly below BLK in the underground Pierside Pavillion parking structure located on Walnut Ave. Take the elevator up to the second floor and you are at our front door. Remember to bring your parking ticket with you as we will validate for two hours.
Happy Hour:
BLK runs a $6 until 6pm Happy Hour Monday thru Friday, Everything on the Happy Hour menu is just $6 in the bar area from restaurant open until 6pm.
