Today we’d like to introduce you to Carl Landry-Berthelot.
Carl, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Born and raised in Campbellton, New Brunswick. Moved to Toronto at 18 to pursue my dream in Entertainment and Fashion while completing my undergrad degree in business at UofT.
Currently a Fashion Producer and Tech Project Manager.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Whoever had it smooth? Loads of struggles along the way.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Walking on Water is a summertime fashion experience, focused on showcasing and celebrating the best of Toronto’s fashion scene. The event joins together fashion influencers, designers, and enthusiasts in honoring both local and international designers.
For the past two seasons, onboard the River Gambler, with the Toronto skyline at sunset as backdrop, WOW has provided their guests with a unique runway experience unlike anything Toronto has ever seen before. This has allowed WOW to become a recognizable name in the location fashion scene only two short years after its initial conception in 2018. Due to COVID-19, the third season of WOW was virtual in October of 2020.
Breaking barriers, connecting and innovating, that’s the WOW factor!
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
