Hi Deanna Fae, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’m the Founder and CEO of DSV Digital Marketing Corporation and GoVirtuals Virtual Assistance Services company. My team is made up entirely of highly qualified virtual assistants from the Philippines who are all very experienced in the fields in which they specialize.
This aspect of my business makes me feel the proudest. Because I am a Filipina myself, I have a complete understanding of Filipino culture and know exactly what to look for when hiring the most incredible virtual assistants. I believe this to be the factor that differentiates us from other companies. Because of this, I conduct interviews and screenings of every candidate before making a hiring decision.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’ll admit that now and then, there are unexpected challenges that will surface. The most challenging ones are clients who seem to ignore emails or messages. However, it is understandable that they are busy running their businesses too. But these may lead to delays and misunderstandings.
To prevent these things, we devised a process to ensure my VAs and our clients understand all instructions. We use different communication systems, like Slack, WhatsApp, and emails, that make it easy to control and monitor messages and interactions so that team members don’t miss any important information or messages.

DSV Digital Management Corporation wants to help our clients reach their marketing goals on time with the best service possible by giving them creative and well-thought-out marketing plans.
Under DSV is GoVirtuals. GoVirtuals is a Virtual Assistant Services company based in the Philippines. We offer our clients a wide range of virtual services, from administrative work, social media management, digital marketing, research, graphic design, web development, and many more. We aim to clear our clients’ to-do lists.
