Hi JaiNishia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my entrepreneurial journey back in 2017 when I first moved to LA. I had access to the flower market, fashion, and accessories market.

I started my brand Love and Happiness in 2018 with accessories like sunglasses, hats and tote bags. By September of 2019, I started selling handmade candles, meditation essentials like Palo santo and incense.

After three years, 5 press releases, custom certificates and brand partnerships. We have made a name for ourselves in our lane.

In addition, I am a micro-influencer with previously published work for Sephora, Lather, Keys Soul Care and Buzz Agent.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Originally, Things weren’t smooth because I was doing everything. I was the photographer, researching market trends, packing and more.

Last year, I hired an experienced assistant and learned how to delegate.
