I was in my early 20’s and performing in a Broadway style show at Deerhurst Resort where Shania Twain got her start. As a dancer, I was always interested in new ways to enhance my physical performance. At the local health food store, I picked up a copy of a book called Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management by Bernard Jensen. Read more>>

The history of Malibu Wine Hikes starts from the moment I was born. The Ranch and Vineyard that our hikes and wine tasting takes place belongs to my family and it is where I have grown up my whole life. The ranch has an incredibly rich history from agriculture to Chumash Indian pictographs. Read more>>

I was working in the financial industry in 1990 and saw a sign – are you stressed out? Try yoga! I was. So, I did! Yoga dissolved the stresses of the day and provide a much needed boost in my energy and concentration. I would drop into classes whenever I needed a “fix”. Read more>>

I was born in New York, moved to Los Angeles when I was 4-years-old and I have lived here ever since. I attended Beverly Hills High School and then received a degree in Communication Studies from UCLA (go Bruins, but some of my best friends are Trojans). I grew up the son of working musicians, with instruments and lessons always readily available. Read more>>

I grew up on a farm in Ohio where running was the best way for me to blow off steam. Soon I was making all my chores into workouts. I went to Kent State on the very first scholarship for foster children and while there, took the only job available – monitoring the gym while a few women worked out. Read more>>

in 2004, I moved from New York City to West Hollywood and, after returning to school and being certified in graphic and web design, opened High Arte in 2007. High Arte’s business model — an integrated marketing, graphic, media and e-commerce Web design firm — grew out my knowledge and love of art and design; my recognition of the Internet’s significance as the world’s new business platform and three decades working in New York’s entertainment industry. I grew up in a very math and science centric family – my father was an exec in IT, my mother teaches math at a community college, and my only brother is a scientist. Suffice to say education was a high priority in our family, but I deviated from the math and science path while in college, at UC Berkeley, where I graduated with degrees in Political Science and Business Administration. I started my private practice in 2000 in Atwater Village close to where I lived in Silverlake. When I started getting calls from potential clients on the West side of Los Angeles I decided to have office hours two days a week in Beverly Hills to better accommodate them. Read more>>
