Conversations with Peter Meyerhoff

Today we’d like to introduce you to Peter Meyerhoff.

Hi Peter, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I went to prison during my Senior year of high school for a 12 years prison sentence. I was incarcerated from 18-30 years old. During my first five years working after my release, I turned into a multimillionaire and walked away from my career to help people. I own a sober clothing company, have a motivational podcast, do motivational speaking, as well as developed my own curriculum for inmates to help them reach success, and have my own sober app in the app store. My greatest passion is helping people fix their lives when they think they have no chance at a good life. My website is www.PeterMeyerhoff.com and has more information if you need.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Not at all. My life has always been a struggle. I’ve overcome impossible situations and came out better and stronger.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I mentor people from prison and drug abuse to make the ultimate change in their lives. I created a sober app for anyone as well as another app for inmates top start on from their tablets in prisons across the country. I also have a podcast that the inmates can listen to during their time locked up.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
I get out and talk to any and everyone I can. I have always approached random people, even if I feel the need.
