Hi Lady J, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
After ten years in the music industry as a songwriter, I was ready for a career change. I started to do research on the beauty industry and decided to start my business Lady J Manufacturing. My company would allow my friends who are reality tv stars create their own cosmetic line and monetize their fanbase. Some of my first clients were Erica Mena and Natalie Nunn.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The road to creating my own business was not easy. I had to learn how to manage my client’s expectations as well as understanding that you can not please everyone. We offer our clients excellent customer service and create top of the products.
