Meet Kevin Blue of HB Dryer Vent and Air Duct Cleaning in South Bay

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Blue.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Kevin. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
My Father started this company in 1982 as Father and Sons Home Cleaning. We cleaned carpets, upholstery, drapes and office and home cleaning.

My father passed away in 1999 and left the company to me. We switched gears and got into Air duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning. Since 2000, my son Joseph and I have become champions in our industry. We got truing from Roto-Brush international out of Dallas Fort Worth and we also went to Nevada and got truing in Indoor Air Quality from Air-Care of Nevada. Since then we also got what is called a C-DET to be certified in Dryer Vent Cleaning. We now have three offices and continue to grow for a Family owned business.

As a hobby, I also play Blues Harmonica

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
We had our ups and our downs like must small business owners 2007 -2010 were very bad for us but we remain to persevere under the pressures of the falling economy and rose from the ashes against all our so-called competition and now stand as Champions in the vent cleaning industry.

Please tell us about HB Dryer Vent and Air Duct Cleaning.
We specialize in indoor air quality. We are one of the only companies who invested in the proper negative air machine to properly scrip the indoor air of your HVAC. We also specialize in Dryer Vent Cleaning, repay and rerouting of dryer vent ducting. The thing that sets us apart from all the so-called competition is how easy it is to call and talk directly to me, the owner. If you get a voice mail or leave an Email I am prompt with my return communication. I also carry certifications most people who say they do what I do have no Idea you need to be certified in. I also am very personal and I communicate directly with each and every client we serve. We also have over 300 positive reviews on the different social medias and Apps to verify we are #1.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
That would be a trade secret I would not wish to share, just kidding. I am happy with the progress my company has made. I owe everything I have to my faith in a loving God.
