Actor comedian Lerenzo Pittman AKA Savvy The Amusing is a rising star from Los Angeles. Savvy is a Voice actor and impressionist who started his career in stand-up comedy only four years ago. He gains momentum on Instagram his biggest social media platform with his unique voiceover parody revolving around trending pop culture and sports mainly NBA.

Savvy created the famous Laker jingle ADs on the way when the Lakers landed Anthony Davis in a trade 2019 the jingle has been quoted after by LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Snoop Dogg and Lakers fans Worldwide. Savvy has featured in Carl Jones the creator of the boondocks “ season one fuse TVs animated series sugar and toys as the voice of J Cole and a rap battle lawyer. Savvy has also featured on Chris Broussard and Rob Parkers FOXSPORTS Radio show the odd couple & has had content on fox sports the Herd with Colin Cowherd. Most recently, Savvy has done the voice of Kanye West on Robert Smigel puppet special also on fox let’s be real which aired October 2020. Look forward to savvy returning to fox’s let’s be real this summer of 2021 as the voice of Kanye West and more.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road. One of the hardest challenges is leaving a 9 to 5 job to pursue a career in comedy. I’ve had some success but it’s a very low-paying career early on. You have to have a love for the trade of comedy to battle through the tough financial moments.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a voice actor and comedian. I specialize in celebrity impressions. I’m most famously known for the voice of Kanye West on fox TVs let’s be real which aired October 2020. I’m most proud of the let’s be real show and fuse TVs sugar&Toys. I feel most proud of that because I was discovered by displaying my talent on my Instagram and that’s a long shot for a new actor. What sets me apart from everyone else is I do voice parody videos but using impressions and that makes me unique from other voice actors and comedians.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I think my ability to be very social and friendly is my most important characteristic. Very humble with everyone from the celebrities to the average Joe’s, I’m the same savvy with them all.
