So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
In today’s fast-paced world, we all have many challenges and know that one of those are having some dents and dings repaired on your shiny new car. One of our founders suffered this fate, not once but twice in 1 week and then discovered how difficult getting your auto body damage repaired without giving up days from work or time away from your family. This situation caused him to look for an alternative and after lengthy discussions with a couple of his close friends, they agreed that there needed to be a better way to fix the auto body damage on your car without losing a big part of your daily life too. After many hours of extensive research and more discussions between friends, our founders created a simple concept…mobile auto body repair at your home or office. Our business model has changed many times since those first few jobs and we continue to look for more refinements to improve our service every day. Today, we serve most metro markets in Southern California as well as Phoenix.

Has it been a smooth road?
Every new business has it struggles…believing in your idea is not one of those. Fyxme was born from our founders wanting to make the auto body repair process simple and time saving while bringing a new concept to those who cannot afford the time that is required to repair the auto body damage on their car through the body shop repair process. Our founders did struggle with whether the idea could really prove profitable, did others struggle with the same challenge our founders did when they needed their auto body damage repaired?  Where would the money come from to develop this business? and how to market the new service to generate business leads? The primary focus in the beginning was finding the right solution to generate a lead and having the right person to complete the repair job.

This has proven to be one of the biggest reasons why our clients use our auto body repair service.
