Thanks for sharing your story with us Diana. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Caesar Events started as a small catering company in Israel. We catered many outdoor events and over time, realized that the field of equipment rentals were not professional enough according to our vision. The logistics were very cumbersome. We then took a small company in Israel and began building our vision. Today, we have four branches in Israel and have been fortunate enough to expand into Los Angeles in 2018 as Caesar Events LA.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The event industry is never a smooth road, it’s an industry of immense pressure for perfection. Many issues arise during events (i.e., the lights go out, the music is interrupted, etc.) and in those moments, our main concern is to think fast on our feet and not panic. Our goal is to satisfy our clients 110% which means there is no room for mistakes. The biggest struggle is without a doubt, the competition. There are so many great Event Rental companies, especially here in Los Angeles, that we have made it a priority to stand out in a unique way.
Please tell us about Caesar Events LA.
Caesar Events LA is an event rental company specializing in social, corporate, and private events. We are known for our unique and versatile rustic collection. As I have mentioned in the previous question, nowadays there is so much competition in the event industry that we constantly need to reevaluate our inventory to make sure we meet our client’s expectations. We try our best to stray away from typical rental items. We have traveled to many different parts of the world to learn about cultures and to find unique rental pieces to bring to our company and set us apart from others. With that said, we are very proud of our one of a kind collection, and we are extremely proud of our expansion into Los Angeles as well as our success in such a short period of time. Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
I come from a very large family, four siblings, dozens of cousins, and many aunts and uncles. Many of my most cherished memories include my time spent with my family. I remember constantly having large gatherings with lots of food, laughter, and dancing. I truly believe that working in the event industry has been embedded in me since childhood for that reason.
