Glenndon, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
About a year and a half ago, I began to have some digestion issues. The correlation between my digestive issues and my eating habits were quite alarming. So I decided to take action and I began a strict training regimen that required me to completely change my overall diet and consume healthier alternatives. I would start my day by making organic fruit smoothies that included sea moss before training sessions.
I almost immediately began to see positive results. I’d have more energy throughout the day, my hair & skin had a little more glow, & most importantly, the prior digestion issues were alleviated. So I decided that I would share this vital information with others who were plagued with similar ailments and issues.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Absolutely not! Early obstacles were finding consistent sources of produce and location/demographic issues. However, smooth roads never make a skilled navigator. We were able to make it through those learning experiences and continually progress.

My company is Grandy Moss Essentials. We make organic sea moss fruit & vegetable smoothies as well as other products like sea moss soaps & sea moss gel. As a company, we’re most proud that we are able to help others on their mission to a healthier lifestyle. Our mission is to lead with love. Moreover, what sets us apart from others is that our products are for “progression purposes” and we stand on the mantra that “prevention is always better than the cure”.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Continue to progress and evolve. It’s only up from this point. We are active on local farmer’s market scene. We will be doing several pop-up smoothie shops nationwide toward the end of the year in addition to our smoothie truck that is on the way.
