Meet Dana and Jenna Constantino of Constant House LA in West Los Angeles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dana and Jenna Constantino.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
We started this business five and a half years ago because we saw how the landscape in marketing and branding was changing. Brands needed to adapt, evolve and communicate differently in order to connect with their consumers’ new habits and behaviors. When we initially started, we were specifically consulting for brands who needed to connect with the Millennial consumer. Today, we carry the same fundamentals and apply them to all ages, demographics and businesses. We work with businesses and personal brands in the “lifestyle” space that we share a similar value system with. We are not industry-centric, but rather value-centric. Today, we are based in LA and on the pulse of lifestyle, fashion, and entertainment trends. Our followers and clients consist mainly of luxury brand enthusiasts, small business owners, creatives of all kinds, lifestyle entrepreneurs, and music artists.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road is never smooth. To keep it very present, the climate today is posing new questions and opportunities for both our clients and for us. We generally believe that any challenge that requires us to adapt our perspective and look at something from another angle is a challenge worth pursuing. Today, whether we’re working with a restaurant group who is only serving take-out, a retail shop who is only offering curbside pickup, or a personal consultant who can’t meet her clients in her warm, inviting office space, many of our clients currently feel that their brand experiences have become diluted in this climate. During face-to-face interactions, many of us know how to make others feel welcome, taken care of, or inspired. We can greet people with smiles, offer them their favorite beverage, or seat them in an inviting space. The question becomes, how do we pivot when all of this is taken away or limited? Today, we’re continuously raising the question: How can your brand demonstrate its values, evoke feeling, and create meaningful experiences solely through digital experiences?. To this extent, our current priority is helping brands remain human over their digital channels. Creating a digital experience is not a science. It’s an art. It’s knowing your consumers, understanding their needs, employing empathy, and speaking and behaving like a human. Tomorrow may bring a new challenge that asks us to turn on our axis and re-evaluate again, but today, this is where we focus.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
Constant House LA is a Brand Management house. Under that umbrella, our work includes 1. Business Brand Management (Startup/ Growth phases) 2. Creative Management (personal brand management for creatives) 3. Music Management.

In early-stage brand development, we support clients through contextual and visual foundation setting and by executing brand design. As we evolve with our clients, we work on campaign ideation/execution, partnerships, social media strategy etc.

Our x-factor is the way that we pull humanity and rawness out of brands. This often lends itself to branding for personal brands because personal brands are, well, personal. Even when working with small businesses, we’re known for this intimate approach. Our clients have called us “brand therapists” for this reason. The core of what we do is helping people and brands become introspective, hone in on their brand at its very core, and creatively and strategically exemplify those qualities digitally. Many times that means helping people realize their potential and become fearless and unapologetic.

We’re most proud of our relationships. Our clients motivate us. Our partners inspire us. We keep our people close and our community goes to great lengths to support each other.
