Chase, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work and serve in the areas of Human Resources, Recruitment, Staffing, Talent Acquisition, Consulting and Career Coaching with a municipality, medical center, joint powers authority and staffing firm and now have the opportunity to serve via coaching, consultation and staffing with Loma Linda Staffing.
My journey in my own career provided me an opportunity to collaborate with Human Resource Teams, Leadership and Hiring Managers alike in navigating the challenges in staffing top talent aligned with their respective qualifications, mission, vision and culture. Additionally, my journey also provided me an opportunity to collaborate with people during their job search who were experiencing feeling stagnant despite their desire and effort to move forward with their careers. This journey led me to discover my own passion for collaborating with organizations to resolve challenges in the workplace and my own passion for collaborating with people one-on-one to help them to grow, succeed and thrive in their careers.
Presently, through Loma Linda Staffing, I am collaborating with healthcare organizations throughout California including in the Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Palm Springs, San Diego and San Francisco area to help them resolve challenges in the workplace and staff top talent as well as with organizations nationwide. Additionally, I’m collaborating with professionals including Recent Graduates, Mid-Career Professionals and Executive Professionals offering coaching and consultation in career-related areas tailored to each person to meet designated career goals.
Presently, I’ve pursued membership with professional associations including Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Inland Empire Society for Human Resource Management (IE SHRM), where I also serve on the Board of Directors as a Programs Chair and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and look forward to continued membership and participation with additional professional associations.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Throughout my career, a challenge for me personally and professionally has been navigating through conversations with people who are experiencing feeling stagnant despite their desire and effort to move forward with their careers. These conversations leave with me with a desire to help people however I can to help them reach their career goals. It is challenging for me to recognize I cannot help everyone by offering a job in that immediate moment if there isn’t a job available. Fortunately, I can offer assistance via coaching and consultation to help people take strategic steps towards reaching their goals and that work has been tremendously life-changing for my clients.
