Meet Adriana Dominguez of Adrianas Cocina in Temecula

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adriana Dominguez.

In 2014 owner, Adriana Dominguez decided to take a leap of faith and leave her corporate job to start her own catering company. Since then, her business has flourished; from starting with school banquets and private dinners to becoming one of the Inland Empire’s premier wedding caterers. She offers a full consultation with customization options and is exceptionally detailed in what is provided to hopefully help alleviate some of the stress of planning an event, party, or wedding.

Adriana is a Wife, Mother and Grandmother. Her favorite food is Blackened Swordfish or Halibut but also loves an authentic Chile Relleno (like her Abuela makes) — fresh salsa is a must! In leisure, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, walking on the beach, listening to music, traveling, writing, and reading.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s pretty much been a smooth road for us, we love what we do.

Please tell us about Adrianas Cocina.
Adriana’s Cocina offers full-service catering with an array of unique cuisines to customize your perfect meal from.

We provide the freshest foods with a health-conscious approach to our favorite dishes; using organic meats, herbs, farm-fresh vegetables, and sustainable seafood.

*We do not use frozen, reheated, or canned food.

We customize all our menus and are known for our presentation, salsa bars and appetizer stations.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Growing up in North County San Diego, diversity in my own family has helped inspire dishes of different cultures, using my own recipes. I learned authentic Mexican cooking in the kitchen from my grandmother, Marina, who was born in Guadalajara.

Mexican and Mediterranean food is my favorite to cook, I love mixing the delicious flavors and freshness that both cuisines value and celebrate — they also happen to be our most requested menus (with good reason).

Pricing:

  • Wedding menus starting at $35 a person
  • Birthday, corporate, smaller events starting at $11 a person
  • Farm to table and plated starting at $45 a person
