Meet Winnie StaCkz of StaCkzofStyle / SOS showroom in Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Winnie StaCkz.

Winnie, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
So I started off as just a cool kid dressing fly in school flying to different places to shop and get the hottest threads to stunt on my other school mates especially in high school we had a mean girls vibe at my high school so the best dressed was always most popular even thought I wasn’t pushing to be popular I just loved fashion and in my city of Sacramento we didn’t have any high end stores so I would fly to Atlanta to see my god mom and she would take us to places to cop Gucci visors and belts and shoes when I really fell in love with fashion, then I was diagnosed with cancer in my mid twenty’s and that’s what kicked off the serious plan to move to LA and live my dreams right after beating cancer Both of my Grandmas passed back to back in the same month and right after that I moved to LA to start my career.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Omg heckkkkkkk no lol, fashion is a cut throat game it’s a lot of non-paid work before getting paid work it’s like you’re working for free your first two years until your name starts circulating from your hard work.

StaCkzofStyle / SOS showroom – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Yes, I am a Celebrity Art Producer that specializes in styling and art direction for Editorials and celebrity fashion styling for red carpets and music videos for a selective clientele, I worked with Missy Elliot, Megan Thee Stallion, Saweetie, Meagan Good, Paris and Prince Jackson, and the hottest influencers and model socialites. I am most proud of my work with Missy Elliot one of our most star-studded moment was when we did the super bowl commercial for Doritos/Pepsi it was unlimited budget I was in the back of Gucci for this one more was more with this booking. I feel like I have a personal style of my own that sets me apart from other style pushers I just like to make my client look their best and different not cookie cutter makes it fun for me to really push a head to toe look, from hair to make up to outfit/look and scenery I want it to be art . just opened my own showroom and it’s been amazing @SOSshowroom love connecting new brands or established brands with celebrities & Influencers.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over I just would have went straight to fashion school right out of High school like I wanted to but football was calling my name at that time I But I feel Like everything happens for a reason and now I really appreciate the industry and the hard work it makes you do.
