Meet Mariya Pallais and Mastan Soltani of Xcelerate Marketing 2.0 in Irvine

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mariya Pallais and Mastan Soltani.

Mariya, Mastan, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
We started Xcelerate Marketing 2.0 with $600 and a dream. I have been doing marketing and sales since I was 20-years-old and always wanted to have my own company. My dad started his first company when he was 27 and I wanted to do the same. I met my business partner Mastan rock climbing when I was 26 and she was finishing her MBA at the time and she encouraged me to start this company so we did it together. As a marketing agency with no funding, we had to get super creative breaking through the competition and prospecting clients. August 18th was our one year mark for XM 2.0 and our growth has been insane!!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been everything but smooth haha the struggle is real. We had no money to market the marketing agency. I tried just about every “free” technique and that allows for very slow growth. But after a lot of trial and error, I developed a system for LinkedIn prospecting that we now sell as a B2B Lead Gen program and our sales spiked!!! We mastered the art of Funnels and we completely transition into Lead Gen for Chiropractors, Dentists, Health/ Wellness, Coaching, and Fitness, etc. We are always up for a challenge and we plan to expand into Solar, Pest Control, Plumbing, etc.. Although we still have some ups and downs, at last, we found niches that we can get insane ROIs for.

Xcelerate Marketing 2.0 – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We figured out early on although content and social media marketing/ management, automation are all very important that ultimately businesses need two things most.

1. More Leads

2. More Sales

So we completely transition our efforts. We perfected Facebook Advertising, conversion ads, and google ad words then stuck our beautifully architected funnels in there and BAM more leads and sales, Additionally our LinkedIn LeadGen program for B2B leads has taken off and gotten our client’s insane results as well. We focus on Chiropractors, Dentists, MedSpas, Yoga Studios, Pilates Studios, Personal Trainers, Online Coaching, etc..

I’m proud of all of it. How we started, how far we’ve come, the results we get. This company is my baby and I’m very proud of it. Being able to produce results that help your clients grow is a great skill to have and is an amazing feeling to boost other people’s lives.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
There have been a lot of really proud moments in the last year like surviving an entire year haha.

I think the biggest moments have been:

1. Getting our first account and getting paid from it even though it was literally the smallest account in the world we both felt like a million bucks.

2. Seeing the growth in our current clients and all of the success that comes to them.
