Meet Lea Jay

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lea Jay.

Lea, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Growing up playing sports, I have always been active. I left out of state for college and started working at a gym where the fitness manager hired me as triainer and we started crushing the numbers since and changing lives. I moved back home to cerritos started working at a couple of e-commerce companies in the accounting department. Working at revolve was one of my biggest eye-openers to really seeing how a vision can be carried out and developed with a lot of work and effort. At the time, I was competing in bodybuilding shows. Everyone in the office would ask me what I was eating, how I was training or just any tips I could recommend. This is where the side hustle really started!

I would train clients after the workday was over, it was fun for me to help and educate an individual and optimize their life. I was still wanting to pursue what my profession was, I interned a bit for a company in LA called creative contraband a creative agency. My mentor was an awesome dude (kenny, if your reading this I appreciate you), the way he created ideas into events and connected people was great because in the accounting world I didn’t have that exposure. I was then connected to who is now my tribe! Through fitness and this agency I connected to these two amazing sisters who really opened the door to me in so many ways.

I help people bring their best work out into the world- themselves! I understand the demands of the daily engineer (anyone with a 9-5) I have brought together all of my experience and knowledge to help thousands of clients feel better, move better, and live better. At the end of the day I am an artist! and I am thankful for my gift

Has it been a smooth road?
I am crying right now as we speak haha jk! It has been a tough road that has served me a fair share of tests that I have turned into testimonies. Through the grace of God, I have been given the strength to press forward with purpose and vision. The greatest takeaways I have garnered is to stand for what you believe in, have integrity and provide value in any way you can to every encounter.

Alright – so let’s talk business. What else should we know about you and your career so far?
My company is honored and privileged to work with high performing creatives, artists, business owners, supermoms and young athletes. I specialize in nutrition and overall lifestyle optimization. Health and wellness is the core of our existence and how we bring our gifts out into the world.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
It had always been a dream to live, work, and play at the beach, now I am doing what I set out to do. Long beach is such a beautiful, diverse city, with an airport ! that is major since my parents live out of state, Long beach is home.
