Today we’d like to introduce you to Ebru Fidan Caplan.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Ebru. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I have been in the food business since 1995. I studied hotel management. It was my dream to open my own restaurant. I opened my first restaurant in November 2010 in Santa Monica. And second one January 2016 in Beverly Hills.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It is a tough business. It was not easy and still not. To make everybody happy is the hardest part.

We specialize in a variety of chicken & waffles. We don’t use microwave in our restaurants. There are no antibiotic, no hormones in our chickens. We prepare our food daily, fresh from scratch. The quality of our food is the difference.
