As the Founder of Epithereal, Coleen Janeway is a beauty and skincare enthusiast, a veteran in the industry.
After years of working behind-the-scenes in the beauty business, Janeway decided to combine her experience and passion for anti-aging and integrated beauty into one luxurious boutique destination.
Through Epithereal, Janeway hopes to create an exciting and welcomed twist in the aesthetics industry. Janeway believes beauty starts from within and one’s best skin does not require surgery. Through non-surgical treatments, knowledgeable expert staff, and customized treatment plans, Janeway offers her patients natural and effective results.
Janeway prides herself on the trusted relationships she’s built with her clients and VIP care is a standard within the Epithereal experience.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Being an entrepreneur and keeping your brand fresh, real and original takes lots of hard work. There are always risks and learning experiences happening each day. The key is being willing to accept change and seek as much knowledge along the way to assist your end goal. Check back in with yourself and your original vision to make sure you are still on the right path. Having vision and trust in yourself is paramount. Seek inspiration and motivation through the things or people you love! This helps keep you grounded on the most challenging days.
As a boutique and local business, the biggest challenge is finding smart capital as your business grows. One piece of advice I would give past myself -OVERFUND then execute. This will create a better first 1 to 2-year experience while you are ramping up. Seek investment partners with similarly aligned interests.

Epithereal believes, looking your best starts with confidence and our goal is to create radiance from beauty within. At our practice, we understand not all patients want or require facial cosmetic surgery. Our non-surgical options address concerns such as: reducing the signs of aging and sun exposure, regaining skin’s natural luster and educating clients on proper skin care by setting goals with visible results.

We focus on our patients and the efficacy of the regimes we design. One size does not fit all in skincare.

GOOD QUESTION! I feel hard “smarter” work plays the most important role in success. Life lessons happen regardless if we have luck on our side or not. It’s always best to prep and prepare for all your successes and/or failures that may be thrown your way. Reflect on what worked well and especially what may have gone wrong, making corrections when you can. I am grateful when I feel lucky because I know it’s my accomplishments and diligence that helped me along the way. Sprinkle that with a great foundation of friends, mentors, and family and you will begin to see your success and dreams come to light.
