Meet Brooke Mason

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brooke Mason.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I grew up in Sydney, Australia and I think those roots keep me grounded, as grounded as one can be in this crazy city of Los Angeles. My passion in life revolves around being part of a creative team, making amazing projects for my clients and seeing their success grow. My success is their success! I’m an entrepreneur by heart and have started and run four of my own businesses. Starting Brooke Mason Creative was natural for me, I needed to supply more options to my clients and realized as a bigger team we can accomplish so much more.

Has it been a smooth road?
It’s a challenge for every entrepreneur starting out. Though I can’t speak for every woman, I can speak for myself and say being female has put another level on top of it all. Unfortunately we are often not seen as intelligent as our male colleagues. Thank goodness it’s improved a lot.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
I am the CEO and founder of Brooke Mason Creative. We are a full-service boutique creative agency based in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. As a celebrity photographer, I had many clients needing more. Currently we’ve done some incredible projects, successful campaigns and helped some amazing individuals and businesses. From start-ups to larger established businesses to travel and tourism for local municipals.

It’s been an amazing journey so far and we have so many exciting projects this year on the horizon. One that is very exciting is a new company HUDDLEads.com – a more affordable way for people to succeed.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Los Angeles is a big city and it’s a tough one, it’s not for the faint-hearted. It is however full of opportunity, so as much as you will get knocked down, there another opportunity around the corner. So yes… it’s a wonderful place to start a creative career. I do make it a point to tell interns and new entrepreneurs to be sure not to burn bridges. Be thoughtful and even when those opportunities don’t work out, keep moving forward, keeping strong within yourself. Plan to work with others you admire, be a sponge and learn everything you can. I believe in hard work, long hours and sticking to your goals and dreams to make them a reality!
