Sev, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Ever since Busy Brows was founded in 2012 at a shopping center next to SouthBay Galleria, we have been dedicated to raising the bar on perfection, long-lasting beauty and professionalism in the eyelash extension industry. We’ve started with just two lash artists and decided to focus on quality at affordable prices as a competitive edge in this industry. This principle allowed us to grow at a fast rate and expand the list of services we offer to our customers.

Today have a total of 6 employees. We offer eyelash extensions, threading and brow shaping, brow & lash tinting, waxing, and facials.

What makes us the best eyelash extension salon?
We offer a unique team of highly trained individuals who have professionally applied thousands of eyelash sets throughout their careers. Our work is guaranteed. We will always make sure that you walk out of the salon 100% satisfied with your lashes.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
One of the challenges we faced is finding the right talent for the salon. People that will not sacrifice quality over quantity and will always do their work with integrity, honesty, and dedication to the client.

We did have a few bad apples along the way, but service providers like that don’t last very long at the salon and we were always able to replace them and find a person that would fit well with the team and our values.

Busy Brows is a family business. Olga Kamenskiha, has been the primary salon manager since the beginning. She oversees customer scheduling and runs the day to day operations. Her dedication to our customers and the quality of products and services we provide goes far beyond what a typical manager would do. Mikhail Kamenskihs, has been the salon technical expert. He makes sure that we leverage the latest technologies to help with scheduling, checkout and salon operations. Sev Kamenskihs, the salon owner, is in charge of salon finances and marketing. He was able to build a compensation structure for our providers that allow them to receive great befits while working at the salon and focus on delivering the highest quality of service for our customers.
