We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Three years leading up to now was a roller coaster. I feel like I’m Jamaican. I’ve worked many jobs to be able to run and support my business. I do local farmers markets, plant delivery services, edible gardening classes for Green Media Creations, and media specialist/host of GMC TV. I made my mind up and said I can’t make it unless I’m a risk taker.

So I jumped into my business feet first, ready to start selling plants to any and everyone. I knew it would be a struggle. I didn’t give up, I kept moving forward with the spirit of my ancestors, mom and dad instilled me to leave a legacy on earth providing healing plants for people. I spent my entire middle school years working for my father as a plant merchandiser, merchandising plants in the garden centers of Home depots and Lowes.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Easton Garden Designs by The Plant Mon – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
