Meet Chad Brittian of NVS Design: Beverly Hills

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chad Brittian.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Chad. So, let’s start at the beginning, and we can move on from there.
The company started from humble beginnings out of my house while the name was inspired off of a company name I used in my senior college campaigns class for a capstone advertising project with NVS being a double entendre for envious.

I knew with a name such as this that it would have the power to captivate many with the hopes of growing into a full-service advertising agency one day. It has been an interesting, and fascinating journey to this point. I would have never dreamed of being involved in some of the projects we have over the years.

A lot of literal blood, sweat, and tears have gone into growing the agency to what it is today. My team and I work hard to ensure we are doing everything in our power to offer the best and most innovative marketing solutions to all of our clientele.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
In business, I don’t believe in there being a smooth or easy road at least from my personal experience. We all have times when things are great and inevitability when things come crashing down.

It’s truly learning from those experiences whether it be good or bad that makes an individual or company truly succeed longterm and while there have been times where it would have been much easier to give-up and walkway that isn’t who I am. We know what separates the good from the great and we also know what continues to help us grow as an agency.

NVS tries to look at the big picture and cultivate a relationship that will only flourish. Always learning and expanding I have found is the key to longevity especially in our industry.

Tell us about your business/company. What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of as a company? What sets you apart from others?
NVS Design is an innovative company that thinks so far outside the box, we’re two blocks down the street from it! NVS Design is a full-service advertising agency with locations in Los Angeles, Chicago & Indianapolis. At NVS Design we strive to provide our clients with detail-oriented work that speaks for itself. You not only get a fresh new look, you get creative one-of-a-kind concepts that will make your competition envious.

We offer a wide range of services and products to our clients. Whether you need a fresh new logo, a beautifully designed website, or help with your presence online feel assured NVS Design will make you a true standout in your industry. We work closely with our clients so we can ensure their new marketing and design efforts will be a complete success. I am Chad Brittian, CEO of the company, so I wear many hats.

I initially was a one-man show, but luckily that has changed over the years along with the services we provide. I now assist in making sure all of our projects stay on track while helping our sales team curate and expand our clientele. NVS Design is known for a long list of services. We have been consistently very successful with custom website design and app development, graphics and illustration design, search engine optimization, social media advertising, and video production.

I would say part of what makes us stand out as an agency is that we all truly work as a team to ensure the long-term success of our clients. I feel NVS has a true pulse on our clientele and their needs. We do everything in our power to ensure we deliver what we promise. I think in this day in age there is a disconnect or almost taboo reputation when dealing with marketing and advertising agencies because of the lack of communication, relationship and perceived expensive pricing.

That is not something our clients ever have to worry about when dealing with our agency which also helps us stand out amongst our competition. The agency currently has a lot of exciting projects in the works. One being a rebrand and development of a custom database plugin to integrate into a new website which we also designed. This is for The international Wine Competition which is held annually at Purdue University.

In addition to this, we just helped launch a new drink-ware line with brand ambassador JJ Keras from Good Morning America and The Today Show by the name of Kompass that will be in direct competition with Yeti.

What were you like growing up?
I am optimistic that we will only strengthen our ties to the areas we are currently in. We will constantly change as needed to stay relevant and offer the best and most effective product to our clientele.

It is hard to say how much will change in the next few weeks let alone five years because of the type of industry we are in but I can guarantee that we will continue to offer the same level of quality and customer service that we are known for a while always trying to be one step ahead of our competition.

It’s one thing to be considered as one of the best in your industry; it is another to stay there. I have no intention of dropping the ball on that anytime soon and look forward to what is to come.
