

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andreana Salvemini.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Andreana. So, let’s start at the beginning, and we can move on from there.
I graduated from Arizona State University Summa Cum Laude. Within six months of graduating, I went on to work for top tier marketing and social media firms for three years.
In 2014, I chose to start my own social media agency to deliver greater value to the businesses I wanted to work with. In the time I have spent working with my clientele, I have grown their social media presence through strategic campaigns, unique content curation, and engaging content. My goal is always to increase their bottom line -growth.
The businesses I have worked with have been very diverse: bike shops, bakeries, jewelry designers/shops, restaurants, auto shops, consignment stores, HVAC contractors, corporations, and other successful brands. I’m also an avid animal lover and count numerous veterinarians, groomers, and pet stores among my clientele!
Has it been a smooth road?
Nothing in my life has been smooth! I had a rocky upbringing, and I was surrounded by people who doubted my ability to succeed and thrive on my own. The good news is, it only motivated me more!
When I was in college, I worked two jobs to support myself and pay my bills. I worked nearly 40 hours a week while going to school full time! But it was worth it. Graduating at the top of my class after four years of hard work was super rewarding and validating.
I then began working in the digital marketing industry. Despite a strong work ethic and above and beyond practices, I wasn’t getting the recognition and support from my management team at my first agency, so I went on to another. After working hard and being promoted at my second agency, I was leading a small team while managing 25+ clients of my own. It was great. The bad news? The company was in debt and heading for a dead end. Many of my co-workers panicked and began the job hunt, but I took it as an opportunity to figure out what I wanted to do and pursue that.
With a little help from a close friend, I started my business. After registering my LLC and gaining a handful of clients, I was on my way. But getting back up to 25-30 clients without a sales team or sales experience was tricky. It took a lot of trial and error, getting out of my comfort zone, and being creative to gain clients and keep them long term.
After I started to get the hang of things, business was going well and on the rise. Since 2015, my business has been on an overall upward trajectory. I love the clients I service and I feel rewarded by the growth digital marketing can bring to their businesses. I still hit bumps along the way (tax season, gaining and losing clients, social media algorithm changes, etc.), but overall I am really proud of how far I have come and the success I have had all on my own.

I run a social media and reputation management company. I post to all major social media channels and respond to reviews on behalf of my clients. This allows them to spend more time growing their businesses and less time being focused on posting and responding to engagement and reviews.
I have worked with all kinds of businesses, but the majority of my clients are in the animal sector – pet shops, veterinarians, pet products, etc. I also work with bike shops, bakeries, jewelry/fashion designers, and more!
I am known for delivering quality content, excellent customer service, and fast and efficient response times – all at a great price point! I take pride in being an affordable solution for small to medium businesses trying to keep up in 2019.
I think my work ethic, price point, and response time sets me apart from others in my industry.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
I think LA is a great city for all business types and entrepreneurs. It’s a huge city, and there is plenty of room at the top.
Despite the competition and the number of businesses LA residents have access to, if you work hard and provide great products/services, you’ll be just fine! If you can solve a problem and do it for less money or more efficiently than other businesses, you will be successful!
