Today we’d like to introduce you to Ozzie Osborne.
Ozzie, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am a former LA Jewelry Designer and a mom of two boys. I’ve dedicated the last seven years to Personal Development and emotional intelligence training. Studying, practicing, discovering and ultimately finding purpose in my greatest genius, Love & Connection.
Eight years ago, my marriage of ten years (a 14-year relationship) ended and my life changed forever. I faced not only my grief over the end of my marriage but also a deep and painful betrayal of an affair my then husband had with a friend. The hits kept coming as the story unfolded within a course of ten months and I found myself in bed for days unable to function. How did I get here? What will become of me? Holy shit, I have no idea where to start! The only thing that kept me going was my sons (who were three and six at the time).
I began to read articles and then books. I did some research to figure out how to get out from under my cave, which was riddled with pain and anger. I realized I couldn’t get out of this one alone. I reached out to colleagues and friends and anyone who was willing to listen. I found people online who had gone through what I went through and slowly started to come back to life.
I started to take inventory of everything I had gone through and discovered, none of my experiences were for nothing. They were all valuable lessons I had to go through in order to grow.
What I uncovered was a lifelong trail of gifts given to me through all the relationships I had encountered.
My vision came clear four years ago while on a Love & Relationship Retreat in beautiful Maui. It was a big enough investment to get me to finally take my life seriously and get to work. While there, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that working with people to discover their desired connection was exactly what I was meant to do. I had never been more clear about who I was and where I was going until that week.
From that day forward, I committed to my mission which is to empower people to feel they are worthy and free in creating healthy and loving relationships in all areas of their life through self-discovery.
My truest desire and passion to serve people along with my spiritual practices and practical daily tools create a powerful impact on anyone I coach. I believe that not only is the most important relationship we have (and get to value) is the one with ourselves, but that all our relationships are an opportunity for growth. I often find myself saying ‘if you want to heal and/or grow, get into a relationship, ASAP!’
Today, I reach thousands of people daily through social media and events teaching the anatomy of relationships, masculine and feminine energies, effective communication, self-discovery, redefining one’s story, and speaking the truth. I have a podcast called The Sexy Shift and I am currently writing my first book!!!
Through all my lessons and experiences, I have chosen to impact the world and a cause a ripple effect by being a stand for healthy connections everywhere I go.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely not! The struggle was real. I went through heartbreak over and over, deceit battled with depression, abuse, and betrayal.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Ozzie Osborne Coaching – what should we know?
I am a Love and Relationship Coach. I see couples and individuals one on one and in groups. I specialize in empowering men and women to have healthy relationships with themselves so that they can attract and create the partnership they deserve. Through a method I’ve developed, Be Do Have people can answer the important questions, ‘Who am I?’, ‘How do I choose to show up as my best self in life?’, ‘What do I want?’ and “How do I get it?’
I am passionate about supporting people out of suffering and limitation and into a fulfilled life. Furthermore, I teach them how to reconnect with things that make them feel good! I call it, the Sexy Shift!
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
One word CONSISTENCY! When I am consistent in how I show up in life, I create flow. Being in flow allows me to create and stay curious rather than confused and stuck.
