Has it been a smooth road?
It was not been a smooth road at all. In startup community, you have to be prepared that there will be ups and downs and you have to find balance.
I’ve consulted and coached in over 35 countries. Every each country is different. You have to be able to learn. At the beginning it was hard to understand not just a culture in but also the investment climate, how do they start their business, how do they grow their business, how do they scale their business.

I really love Santa Monica. Silicon Beach became at the center of innovation.
The least thing I like about our city is that I don’t feel that it actually care for startups. A startup needs more help, there are lots of things that we can do together. Educate kids for example.
