Daily Inspiration: Meet Le’Shawn Taylor

Today we’d like to introduce you to Le’Shawn Taylor.

Hi Le’Shawn, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I always wanted to focus on everything health and fitness I just didn’t know how it would come about and in what form. HYLTH + FYT was developed through trial and error because I wanted my brand to be as credible as possible but obviously with starting early on I was very limited on what I could talk about, due to not putting in the years of learning like others aside from the research i put in myself. After a while I kinda just decided to take the plunge and start it because I realized I was sitting on so much knowledge and with starting my own journey to better myself and seeing results, that was all i needed to keep me going.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
for me, Consistency. I think me continuing to post and put information out is my biggest thing because i sometimes feel as though it’s not needed or valued. It’s something that has gotten better but i for sure relapse from time to time

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I currently run HYLTH + FYT, a lifestyle fitness brand that encourages individuals to develop a healthier lifestyle and join a community where they can openly be themselves, live out loud and get accurate information involving healthy lifestyle choices. Self care is big for me so it made sense to create an extended branch to fitness and nutritional information because it’s also an outlet I enjoy and goes hand in hand with skin and hair.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
Be yourself. To our knowledge so far we only have one life to live and if you have a dream that can have a positive outcome on the world and yourself, i say do it and don’t look back.
