**“Knafeh Queens began as a passion rooted in my Palestinian heritage and my love for bringing people together through food. I started by making knafeh for family and friends, never imagining it would turn into a business. But every event, every gathering, and every person who tasted it encouraged me to take the leap.
What began in my home kitchen has grown into a full-service dessert experience — one that celebrates culture, authenticity, and community. Today, Knafeh Queens is known for its live knafeh stations, handcrafted desserts, and the joy we bring to events across Southern California. We’ve also expanded to ship our knafeh nationwide, delivering our signature flavors to all 50 states.
My journey has been one of faith, hard work, and staying true to who I am. And I’m grateful every day that a dessert so close to my heart has created a space for connection, pride, and storytelling

**“The journey definitely hasn’t been perfectly smooth, but I’ve learned that with patience comes ease, and with every hardship comes a door to something better. There were moments early on when I questioned whether I could grow this business while staying true to my heritage and to the quality I wanted. Balancing events, nationwide shipping, and the demands of a growing brand wasn’t always simple.
But every challenge pushed me to grow. Every setback came with a lesson, and every tough moment eventually led to clarity, improvement, or a breakthrough. Looking back, the difficulties weren’t signs to stop — they were reminders to trust the process, stay patient, and keep moving forward.
Those moments of struggle shaped Knafeh Queens into what it is today, and I’m grateful for each step of the journey

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The quality that has contributed most to my success is staying authentic — to myself, to my culture, and to the dessert that started it all. Even though I now offer different flavors of knafeh, the original one remains exactly as my mother made it. Keeping her recipe untouched is my way of honoring where I come from, and people can taste that history and love in every bite.
Another core part of my brand is sharing true Palestinian hospitality. Knafeh is more than a dessert — it’s warmth, generosity, and the feeling of being welcomed. Whether I’m serving at an event or shipping to someone across the country, I want every person to feel that sense of care and connection.
Staying rooted in my identity, preserving tradition, and sharing that spirit of hospitality is what continues to shape Knafeh Queens and guide me forward
