Hi Marsaille, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?

Hi, my name is Marsaille Wells! I’m 20 years old and currently studying Drama at Aberystwyth University. I’m in my final year, and I really want to make a positive impact in the social media space. I’m a Christian, and I love Jesus so much! I want to start interviewing people specifically women about their life journeys, their struggles, and their faith. I want to go deeper than the surface level. I’d call it Positivity Girl! It’s already an Instagram page, so if you happen to find it, feel free to follow. I want people to ask questions even beyond my own understanding. I don’t want to interview only popular people; I want to speak with real, raw, and authentic women. My faith in Jesus has come a long way. I re-dedicated my life to Christ three and a half years ago, which is crazy to think about! I want to create a space where people can truly feel the love of Jesus. My story is still being written, but to share a bit more: I’m about to graduate university, and I dream of becoming a performer on the West End stage or attending the Cannes Short Film Festival as an actor. Whatever space I’m in, I want to represent Jesus. Here is the verse you mentioned, from Ephesians 2:8–9 (NIV): “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast.”
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it’s definitely hasn’t been easy. I think with faith God has definitely set me free from comparing myself to this industry or to others and show me my worth isn’t in this world but it’s through Christ. Knowing that self gain isn’t all crack up to what it seems that you can have everything but have nothing at the same time. I would rather have my small or big contribution In this world if it meant that it impacted others in an positive way. I believe if I kept my mind focusing on what others think of me, or how to impress it wouldn’t account to anything actually wonderful. When you find peace in God he gives you all understanding 🙂 JEsus is the way the truth and the light! Any shame, comparison, guilt you can bring it to him.

I make music aswell! I’m not gonna lie have a lot of goals but one is to be a worship leader! My favorite songs is on time God or Yahweh ( we love you) on my YouTube channel I have videos of me singing. I recently,y snag the song “at the alter” and that was amazing! I did it at my Christian u ion poetry and acoustic night! It was awesome! I would love to just sing! Just need that networking and contacts to keep going. So I’m free to be booked lol

Staying true to your values and who you are. Success isn’t making it big success is impacting others in a positive way and creating art that shows who you are… Truely
