Today we’d like to introduce you to Antalina Fed.
Hi Antalina, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began my career in the financial world and later transitioned into global show business, working with celebrities and large-scale creative projects. This journey led me into the field of psychology, where I started exploring narrative design and developing immersive scripts that blend emotional depth with artistic expression.
Today, I merge the forces of art to create what has never been done before — a unique fusion of role-playing games and immersive theatre aimed at unlocking human potential. My work invites people to encounter their suppressed inner parts, not through traditional therapy, but through powerful, art-driven experiences that are vivid, transformative, and deeply meaningful.
I collaborate with businesses to design experiential formats that increase empathy, strengthen team bonding, and deepen authentic connection within teams. By uniting musicians, actors, writers, and visual artists, I create environments that inspire self-discovery, develop soft skills, and foster true human connection — all through beauty, emotion, and immersive storytelling.
Today I call myself the Architect of experiences powered by art and psychology
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
When you create something truly new, something unlike anything that has existed before, you inevitably face a great number of struggles. There is instability, and there is the challenge of communicating your values to the world. At first, the hardest part is convincing the very first people to trust the experience.
That’s interesting for people, but not quite clear.
But once people try it, their reaction is always the same: “Wow. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.” From that moment on, the path becomes much easier.
Los Angeles is a fascinating city for innovators. It’s a place where people love to dream and experiment, and I truly believe it is the kind of city that opens the door to becoming known on a global scale.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am known for creating unforgettable experiences — one of the most defining examples being my immersive game, Anybe Night.
When guests first enter the process, they go through a personal interview with a psychologist and receive an entirely new identity — a role, as if they were actors stepping into a film. When they arrive at the event, hosted each time in a unique and unconventional location, they are not allowed to act outside of their assigned character. They remain in this role from beginning to end.
Around 20 professional actors are present, yet guests never know who is an actor and who is just another participant. Together, we create a full social simulation. Each player is given a mission, a task, and even a local in-game currency. From that moment, the world begins to live its own life.
We also stage powerful collective moments that unite everyone — weddings, funerals, trials, presidential elections and more. The entire environment is intertwined with live art: music, ballet, opera, and performative rituals that blur the line between reality and fiction. It is always filled with joy, curiosity, and play.
The roles each participant receives are intentionally provocative and often the complete opposite of who they are in real life. This contrast allows deep exploration and expansion of identity.
We create a safe space and a playground for adults — a space where experimentation, connection, and transformation can happen freely.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
I am actively seeking collaborations with brands that share the same mission — brands that are stylish, bold, and intellectually engaging. I am also constantly searching for unique, unconventional venues that feel unlike anything else, spaces that themselves become part of the experience.
At the same time, I am always open to connecting with actors, talented creatives, scriptwriters, psychologists, who resonate with this vision and wish to become part of these transformative worlds we create.
I am also looking to collaborate with HR leaders and progressive companies who feel that traditional team-building formats are no longer enough, and who are ready to elevate their corporate culture to a new level through immersive, art-driven, and empathy–developing group experiences.
