We’re looking forward to introducing you to Nickolas Natali. Check out our conversation below.
Nickolas, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Right now my focus is building All Things Media – our paid ads + content agency for businesses ready to scale – and training for a Half Ironman, so mornings stay simple and intentional. I stack wins early.
If all goes to plan, here’s the first 90 minutes:
Quiet time: water, prayer, a few pages of the Bible. I set my top 3 outcomes the night before, so I start with clarity over chaos.
Training: run, bike, swim, or strength based on the plan. On recovery days it’s Zone 2 and form.
Reset + fuel: quick cold rinse, high-protein breakfast, then a pour-over coffee as I hop into the saddle.
By minute 90 I’ve won spiritually, physically, and strategically. That rhythm keeps me grounded, serves clients better, and reminds me that big goals are built on systems.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Nickolas Natali, founder of All Things Media, a paid ads and content agency that helps service businesses and ecommerce brands turn attention into booked calls and sales. We blend performance creative with systems – offers, ads, and CRM follow up – so leads don’t leak. Speed-to-lead under 60 seconds, daily KPIs, and a clean pipeline are non-negotiables.
My path started behind the camera. I’ve produced 200+ podcast episodes and host a top 1% show, which taught me how to create stories people actually watch and how to ship on a schedule. Clients began asking for that same consistency plus revenue. That became the agency.
Today I split time between building All Things Media, partnering with Summitly.io to scale Shopify/WooCommerce brands, and training for a Half Ironman. Faith, discipline, and service drive the work. We keep things simple, measure what matters, and execute fast.
If you’re into clear offers, creative that sells, and follow up that closes the loop, we’ll get along great.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
It happened the day I hit “publish” on a podcast episode when I didn’t feel ready or qualified. I set a simple rule: ship every week, no excuses. Two hundred episodes later, that choice rewired how I think. Consistency compounds, clarity beats chaos, and momentum favors the person who shows up. My faith sets the standard, the work proves it, and the numbers keep me honest. That lens now guides how I build All Things Media, how I train, and how I try to serve people every day.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
It taught me to separate identity from outcomes. Long training blocks, client setbacks, cash-flow squeezes – those seasons stripped me down (figuratively, I’m still wearing clothes while I write this) and taught me to lean on faith, take ownership fast, and keep showing up when no one’s clapping. Suffering built patience, humility, grit, and compassion. It made me a better leader because I stopped needing the win to serve people well.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
Most businesses don’t need more content, they need faster follow-up and a cleaner pipeline. A strong offer plus a 60-second speed-to-lead and consistent nurture will outperform fancy funnels most days.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What are you doing today that won’t pay off for 7–10 years?
Building relationships I’m not trying to monetize, publishing consistently, training my body for durability, and investing in team systems that make me less necessary. Daily time in Scripture. All slow compounding, all worth it.
