Meet Graciella Morales of Morskiin

Today we’d like to introduce you to Graciella Morales.

Hi Graciella, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
From a young age, I’ve always known I was meant to build something of my own. Something meaningful, beautiful, and created with purpose. Through every experience, I’ve learned to stay grounded in perseverance and faith, and to trust that every moment, whether clear or uncertain, was guiding me toward my purpose.

For years, I tried different avenues of entrepreneurship, searching for the place where my heart felt at home. And it wasn’t until I stepped into the world of skincare and beauty that everything finally clicked. The more I helped people feel confident in their skin, the more I knew I’d found what I was meant to do. It just felt right.

Morskiin was born from faith, consistency, and the belief that I could create something that truly changed people’s lives. And looking back now, I’m proud of every struggle, every restart, and every moment I refused to give up. They all led me here.. to a business built with love, intention, and a dream that never stopped growing.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Anyone who’s ever started a business from scratch knows it’s never a smooth road, and mine was no different. Building Morskiin took time, sacrifice, and a lot of faith. There were times when things moved slower than I hoped, when I doubted myself, or when balancing work and personal life felt almost impossible.

In the beginning, I had to learn everything on my own, from marketing and managing clients to creating systems that actually worked. There were days I felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure if I was doing enough. But every challenge taught me something — discipline, patience, and the importance of trusting the process even when the results weren’t immediate.

I’ve spent years working early mornings and long nights, figuring things out as I went, learning, growing, and staying committed to what I want. And even now, I’m still at it, still showing up every day to keep building what I’ve envisioned for myself.

Looking back, every long day, every sacrifice, and every setback shaped me into the woman I am today. My journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been real, and that’s what makes it meaningful.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Morskiin?
My studio is a place where people can come in, relax, and truly learn about their skin. I specialize in customized facials, hydration-focused care, anti-aging services, acne solutions, hydrodermabrasion, mesotherapy, and long-term skin plans tailored to each person’s needs. What I love most about what I do is educating my clients, helping them understand their skin, their products, and how to take care of themselves at home in a simple and realistic way.

What sets my practice apart is how personal everything feels. I take the time to understand each client’s skin, lifestyle, and goals so their treatment feels thoughtful, comfortable, and genuinely tailored to them. I focus on creating a calm, detailed experience that leaves my clients feeling confident and more connected to their own self-care.

I’m proud of the environment I’ve created.. clean, welcoming, and easy to unwind in. If someone is considering booking with me, I want them to know they will receive honest guidance, personalized treatments, and a supportive experience from start to finish. My passion is helping people feel good in their skin and giving them the knowledge to maintain their results with confidence.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Networking has played a big role in my growth because you truly never know who you’ll meet or how one simple conversation can lead to new opportunities. What has helped me the most is being open, confident in who I am, and willing to connect with people from different backgrounds. When you feel secure in yourself, it becomes natural to have genuine conversations anywhere you go, whether it’s at the gym, in your workplace, at an event, or through someone you already know.

My advice is to bring good energy and show up as your real self. Be kind, be approachable, and be willing to talk to people without expecting anything in return. The connections that last are the ones built on authenticity, not pressure. People always remember how you made them feel, and that’s what creates trust and long-term relationships.

Another piece of advice is to stay open to learning. Sometimes your mentor won’t look like the “traditional” mentor, it could be another esthetician, a business owner, a friend who inspires you, or even a client who gives you valuable perspective. Pay attention to the people who motivate you and who make you think bigger.

And lastly, take care of yourself. When you feel good, you naturally carry yourself with more confidence, and that confidence shows in every interaction. Present yourself with pride, stay positive, and stay curious. When you combine confidence with kindness, the right people and opportunities naturally find their way to you.
