Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Hintz.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
There was a time in my life when everything looked fine on the outside, but inside I was breaking. I carried years of trauma, abuse, and disappointment… cycles that had run through my bloodline for generations. I was a single mom doing my best to keep my head above water, but silently drowning under the weight of pain I didn’t know how to heal.
And then God stepped in.
In one of the darkest seasons of my life, when I had nothing left but tears and prayer, I cried out to Him- and He answered. He didn’t just rescue me; He redeemed me. He began to show me that every battle, every heartbreak, and every betrayal had purpose. What the enemy meant for destruction, God was using as training ground for destiny.
As I surrendered my story back to Him, He began to rewrite it. The Lord healed what I thought was unhealable, restored what I thought was lost forever, and gave me beauty for ashes… literally. Out of that process was born my assignment: to help women heal, break cycles, and rediscover the woman God always intended them to be.
That’s how my coaching movement, B.L.A.Z.E., was born, helping women break lies, learn the language of freedom, alchemize pain into purpose, zero in on destiny, and embody the fullness of who they are in Christ. It’s also what inspired The Wellspring Circle, a sacred space where women gather monthly to pour out, receive healing, and be filled again by the living water of Jesus.
Today, I’m not just telling my story- I’m living proof of God’s resurrection power. He took a broken woman and turned her into The Anointed Cycle Breaker, A ministry leader, and vessel of His glory. Everything I do now, whether through my coaching, speaking, or ministry- is about leading women back to the One who healed me. Because when God restores you, He doesn’t just put you back together… He anoints you to lead others out of the very fire that once tried to consume you.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road to where I am today has been anything but easy. My business was born out of battles that tried to destroy me, and it’s only by the grace of God that I’m standing here now, helping others heal.
I’ve overcome domestic violence, homelessness, trauma, and the unthinkable pain of my teenage daughter being kidnapped into a trafficking ring. For months, I lived every mother’s worst nightmare, but by God’s mercy, she was found and brought home safely. Her bravery helped convict her abuser and bring justice to ten other victims. Watching her heal taught me that even in devastation, God can bring divine redemption.
Then, in 2020, I faced another storm. The man I thought was sent by God became the greatest threat to my safety. I went from being loved to being hunted. When restraining orders and police protection failed, I had to run- crossing into Mexico, a country I’d never been to, where I didn’t know the language or a single person. For six months, my daughter and I hid in a small apartment near the beach in Tijuana, completely dependent on God’s provision and protection.
When we finally returned to the states, we had nothing left but faith. I worked DoorDash deliveries to survive, slept in rental cars, and rebuilt our lives from scratch. There were moments I wanted to give up- moments where I begged God not to wake me up the next morning. But He whispered, “You’re not done yet.”
As I began to heal, He started revealing the layers of trauma I’d carried since childhood, including years of sexual abuse that had shaped how I saw myself and how I protected my body. My weight became my armor, my invisibility became my safety. But when God healed the root, He also healed the fruit. I’ve since lost over 150 pounds naturally, and counting- not through dieting but through deliverance.
Every one of those obstacles became the foundation of my purpose. The trauma that tried to silence me became the message that fuels my movement. I built B.L.A.Z.E. not from textbooks, but from the trenches… it’s the blueprint of how I broke free, rebuilt my mind, and stepped into my God-given authority.
Now, I help other women do the same- to break generational cycles, heal from deep emotional pain, and step fully into who God created them to be. My obstacles were my training ground. My suffering became my strategy. My pain became my platform.
Today, when I look at my business, I don’t just see success… I see evidence of God’s faithfulness. Every scar has become a story of redemption. Every valley became a victory. And every broken piece became the very tool He used to build my purpose.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
What I do today is the fruit of everything I’ve survived. I’m the founder of B.L.A.Z.E., a transformational coaching movement that helps women break generational cycles, heal emotional wounds, and rise into their God-given identity. B.L.A.Z.E. stands for Break the Lies, Learn the Language of Freedom, Alchemize Pain into Purpose, Zero in on HER Calling, and Embody HER Power. It’s more than a program… it’s a prophetic blueprint for women who are ready to stop surviving and start living on fire for purpose.
I also lead The Wellspring Circle, a monthly in-person women’s gathering that blends spiritual teaching, somatic healing, and Holy Spirit-led ministry. It’s a safe, sacred space where women can come empty and leave full- reconnecting with God, their voice, and each other. And through Becoming HER, my online sisterhood community, I walk women through the daily work of healing, empowerment, and rising into leadership with authenticity and faith.
What sets me apart isn’t just what I teach… it’s where I’ve come from. I don’t lead from a textbook; I lead from the trenches. Every principle I teach, I’ve lived. Every tool I offer, I’ve used to climb out of my own valleys. I’ve turned my pain into purpose, my survival into strategy, and my testimony into transformation.
I’m most proud of the women whose lives have changed because of the work we do; women who found their voice again, who broke free from toxic patterns, who healed from trauma, and who now lead their families, businesses, and communities with strength and grace. That’s what fuels me- watching God take what the enemy meant for evil and use it to set His daughters free.
My work is more than a business. It’s a ministry, a movement, and a mantle. Every session, every gathering, every circle is my way of saying to another woman, “If God did it for me, He will do it for you.”
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is people’s healing and freedom. Just seeing hearts restored, chains broken, and lives transformed by the power of God’s love. After everything I’ve lived through, from trauma and abuse to homelessness and loss- I know what it feels like to be broken, unseen, and without hope. That’s why my greatest passion is helping others find the same redemption and renewal that saved my life.
I believe that when a woman heals, everything around her heals too, her children, her relationships, her lineage, and her legacy. I’ve made it my life’s mission to pour into women the way I wish someone had poured into me… with truth, compassion, and faith that reminds them they are never too far gone for God to restore.
What matters most isn’t fame, followers, or financial success- it’s impact. It’s knowing that the work I do through B.L.A.Z.E., The Wellspring Circle, and Becoming HER is creating ripples of hope in homes, communities, and generations to come. I care about leaving a legacy of faith and freedom- one that outlives me and points people back to Jesus.
At the end of the day, what matters most to me is obedience… saying “yes” to God even when it costs me everything. Because I’ve learned that purpose always lives on the other side of pain, and I never want a single woman to walk through what I’ve been through without knowing that she, too, can rise
