Today we’d like to introduce you to Shane Verdult.
Hi Shane, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started with black and white 35mm film in 2003. I learned to develop my film and photos and then scanned them in to edit in photoshop if need be. As digital photography became more and more prevent I started doing that more. It has always been a passion for me and in 2018 I started professionally shooting for brands like Original Grain Watch co., Nitro Circus, BLK water, Lunafide Official, Full Send, different event and production companies in LA. Action sports and different pro surfers as well I booked wedding season May-September every weekend from 2020-2024. In 2022 I started my business and have been freelance under the LLC ever since. I love photography I am also a drone pilot and love aerial photography as well. Anything to get “the shot” I am on a journey to capture those moments!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been difficult as far as staying competitive and setting myself apart from so many others. But my work speaks for itself.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
What I like best is the beaches and sunsets that seem to be breathtaking. The thing I like least is probably the traffic and air quality lol
