I started in the tax industry over 15 years ago, driven by a simple goal — to help people take back control of their finances and find real relief from overwhelming tax problems. Over the years, I’ve worked for some of the largest tax resolution firms in the country, as well as a boutique firm specializing in international artists, entertainers, and high-net-worth professionals. Those experiences gave me the chance to master both the technical side of tax resolution and the human side — understanding what people are really going through when they come to us for help.

Eventually, I founded All State Tax Resolution Inc. to bring together that expertise with a more personal, transparent, and results-driven approach. To date, my team and I have saved clients over $20 million in taxes, penalties, and interest — and what keeps me going is knowing that we’re truly changing lives.

I genuinely love what I do because I get to help people find peace, confidence, and a fresh start financially. I also love to travel, and over the years I’ve expanded my work with U.S. citizens living abroad and foreign nationals with U.S. businesses, helping them stay compliant and maximize their tax advantages globally.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all — but every challenge has made us stronger and more efficient. Like many businesses, COVID was a turning point for us. Practically overnight, everything moved online. At first, it was tough — tax resolution has always been a very personal service, and shifting to a fully virtual model was an adjustment for both our team and our clients. But over time, that challenge became one of our biggest strengths. We streamlined our systems, automated workflows, and built out a virtual infrastructure that now allows us to serve clients across the U.S. and internationally with speed and precision.

It’s definitely a competitive industry, but what really sets us apart is our commitment to client service and creative tax strategy. We don’t just prepare returns — we look at the bigger picture to help our clients legally save as much as possible while staying fully compliant.

At times, our biggest challenge has been that we’re so client-focused that we end up spending a lot of time educating and guiding our clients, not just completing their filings. But that’s also what makes us different — we genuinely care about helping people understand their finances, not just outsourcing them.

To keep up with demand, we’ve expanded our staff and implemented AI-driven systems to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and maintain that VIP-level experience even as we scale. What started as a challenge has truly evolved into one of our greatest advantages.

I’m a big believer in leveraging technology and automation to stay efficient and focused on what matters most — helping clients. Some of the tools I rely on daily include Outlook for communication and scheduling, Calendly for managing appointments, and Zapier to automate workflows between platforms. We’ve also integrated AI-based tools across our operations to streamline document analysis, client communication, and tax data organization — saving time and reducing human error while letting us focus on higher-level strategy.

Beyond tech, I’m constantly investing in my professional growth. I regularly attend tax masterminds, continuing education events, and leadership workshops, always looking to sharpen my skills and stay ahead of new IRS and state tax laws. I also listen to podcasts like The Ed Mylett Show and BiggerPockets Money, and read business and mindset content that keeps me motivated and forward-thinking.

For me, it’s all about continuous improvement — becoming a better leader, advisor, and problem-solver every day.
